Our Internet Purchase Shipping Policy

Cj's Hair Technologies ships via UPS and sometimes other premium carriers to provide expedited service. We deliver only to the Continental United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We do not offer international sales or deliveries. We do not offer guaranteed overnight shipping. At present, we are unable to fulfill shipments to P.O. boxes, APO or FPO addresses. Products are all shipped out together in one box and will arrive at the same time. If the order is large and is shipped in more than one package, they may arrive separately.

Outline of Shipping Policy

Orders received before 4 p.m. Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday will be shipped on the same day. Orders received after 4 p.m. EST may not ship until the following day.

Indiana residents will incur a 7% sales tax by law. All other states are exempt.

Orders placed over the weekend after 4 p.m. EST on Saturday may not ship until Monday.

Saturday & Sunday are not considered shipping days for the purposes of days in transit.

Shipping companies charge a fee for rerouted packages. We reserve the right to charge a flat $10 fee for shipments that we must re-route due to customer error.

Post Office Box addresses can only receive mail from the United States Postal Service and not from UPS. We must have physical address for delivery.

USPS and UPS recognize several federal holidays and shipments processed or in transit during holidays may incur a delay.

Deliveries to rural areas may incur additional days in transit. Please expect typical delivery delays when placing orders from a rural location.

There is no shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.

All orders over $100 dollars will require a signature confirmation upon delivery. Any requests to waive the signature requirement will absolve the shipper of delivery liability and missing or stolen shipments that are confirmed as delivered by USPS or UPS will not be refunded or replaced.
