Starting 2009, CJ's Hair Technology began delivering a monthly e-newsletter to its customer base. The purpose of the newsletter is to deliver relevant offers, trends, and changes directly into the customer's inbox. We hope to eventually replace the printed USPS mailed newsletter, whereas mailing costs have made traditional methods of communication prohibitive.
